Welcome to Hashi: Build Bridges!, a mobile game developed by Infinite Puzzle Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using our game, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our game.

In no event shall Infinite Puzzle Studio, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, Hashi: Build Bridges!; (b) any conduct or content of any third party within the game, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; or (c) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or their subject matter.
